Emitted while dragging a divider; index is its index and sizes contains the current panel sizes.

resizeEnd(int index, var sizes)

Emitted when divider dragging ends; index is its index and sizes contains the final panel sizes.

resizeStart(int index, var sizes)

Emitted when divider dragging starts; index is its index and sizes contains the starting panel sizes.

collapsed(int index, string side, var sizes)

Emitted when a panel collapses or restores; index identifies it, side is the collapse direction, and sizes contains the updated sizes.
