Adds bundled local images to Gallery examples. Fixes CMake and Ninja discovery when preparing the Qt 6 runtime from macOS GUI applications. Shows indeterminate progress during runtime preparation and measured progress during installation. Makes linear indeterminate progress wrap continuously between the right and left edges. Defers preview thumbnails until needed and triggers the image error example only on request.

Also fixes Qt 6 row-object expansion, selector index synchronization, drawer resizing, click-triggered menus closing unexpectedly, and chart loading-event parameters.
